Eggplant is the jewel of Sicily, a gem from Syracuse. Essential as a tomato or mozzarella, it is a pillar of Italian cuisine. We work every day with eggplant, which you can find in most dishes on our menu: rigatoni, pizza or the famous caponata di melanzane. Summer and winter, tradition says to serve it cold, but for your palates we can make exceptions.
